CLOSE The state has withdrawed the license of a Pensacola chiropractic specialist after she pleaded no contest last year to one count of arson after setting her chiropractic office on fire. Since the fire included Vicki Lee Dempsey's workplace, a Florida Department of Health administrative grievance stated the criminal offense is” straight related to the practice of

chiropractic practice.”The Board of Chiropractic Medicine used up the case last month, with a last order submitted Friday.

The last order makes clear that the Board of Chiropractic Medicine might reinstate the license so long as Dempsey reapplies and satisfies all the requirements and acquires a letter from a qualified professional stating she is capable of practicing securely.
