Flint Township Police need your help finding two suspects in a supposed assault at the Macy's in the Genesee Valley
Center. Damire Palmer, 18, of Mount Morris and Damarquay Palmer, 22, of Flint Township have been recognized by cops as the 2 suspects involved.
Authorities reacted to the shop on June 15 at approximately 5:45 p.m. for an attack grievance.
Police state they learned that a staff member of the store was attacked by a male who left the scene with a 2nd individual after the attack.
Shop monitoring video confirmed the assault versus the worker. Detectives also learned that the assault was recorded by the second person and shared on social networks.
Macy's provided TV5 with this statement:
We are deeply saddened about the incident that happened on Monday at Macy's Genesee Valley as the security of Macy's customers and coworkers is our top priority. Violence in the work environment of any kind is undesirable. All the materials from the evening have been evaluated and it is clear that the attack was unprovoked. We are working carefully with regional authorities on this examination, and will delay any more comments about the case to them per policy.
Given that this occasion, Macy's and shopping center management have added additional security to ensure our customers and associates can securely enjoy their shopping experience.
